This Data Policy is issued by Charred Oaks Digital, LLC, the owner and operator of Rally Nation. Charred Oaks Digital, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use Rally Nation and related services ("Services"). By using the Services, you agree to this Data Policy.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect the following types of information when you use our Services:

  • Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, phone number, and email address.

  • One-Time-Password (OTP): If you choose to create an account, we collect and process your phone number to send OTPs via SMS for authentication purposes. By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from the App for authentication and security purposes. You may opt out of SMS communications by contacting support@rallynation.com.

  • Game Data: We collect data on the games you participate in, including gameplay actions and your points balance. Points are virtual points used exclusively for gameplay within the Services and do not hold any monetary or redeemable value.

  • Device & Usage Information: We may collect data on your device type, operating system, IP address, and app usage patterns.

  • Communications: If you contact support or provide feedback, we collect details of your inquiry.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the collected data to:

  • Provide and improve the overall Services experience.

  • Authenticate and secure user accounts.

  • Manage gameplay, leaderboards, and scoring.

  • Communicate updates, promotions, and customer support responses.

  • Detect and prevent fraud or unauthorized access.

  • We use your phone number to send OTPs via SMS for secure login and account verification.

3. DATA SHARING DISCLOSURE

We do not share your mobile number of email information with third parties.

4. DATA SECURITY

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no online platform can guarantee complete security. Users are responsible for keeping account credentials secure.

5. DATA RETENTION

  • Game-related data and in-app usage information may be stored for analytical purposes.

  • If you delete your account, we will remove your personal information, except where required by law. Game data and points balances will be permanently deleted and cannot be restored.

  • User data may be stored on secure servers within the United States.

6. USER RIGHTS & CHOICES

  • Access & Correction: You can review and update your account information in your Rally Nation profile.

7. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Services are not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we discover such data, it will be deleted.

8. SMS OPT-OUT POLICY


If you wish to stop receiving SMS messages from Rally Nation, contact support@moundball.app. Note that opting out of security-related messages (such as OTPs) may prevent access to your account.

9. UPDATES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Data Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via the Services or email. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
